Matthew 18:16-18

New Matthew Bible

¹⁶ But if he does not hear you, then take along with you one or two others, so that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every matter may be established. ¹⁷ If he does not hear them, tell it to the congregation. If he does not hear the congregation, take him as a heathen man and as a publican. ¹⁸ Truly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
